Cheela Plains is located 170kms southwest of Tom Price Visitor Centre (via Paraburdoo) and 320kms northeast of Exmouth on the Nanutarra-Munjina Road (Hwy 136). The Station Campground is situated 1km off the main highway and is accessible by 2 wheel drive car.






SEASONAL TOURIST ACCOMMODATION RATE POLICY • Full payment is required at time of booking. • Cancellation of booking 14 days or more prior to check-in is refunded in full, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. • Cancellation of booking less than 14 days prior to check-in will be considered non-refundable. • No refunds for early departures. • In the event wilderness campsites are closed due to environmental conditions, such as weather, the standard cancellation fees above apply. • Wilderness campers arriving after 4:00pm will not be permitted to travel to their site until the following day. A site on the main campground will be offered if available, alternatively an overflow site will be provided. No refunds for sites or gorge access will be issued in this instance. • Up to 24 hours prior to arrival, guests may request to change dates within the current season with no extra fees (as an example, possible reasons for the change may be due to weather or family illness). CANCELLATIONS DUE TO GOVERNMENT TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS Where a customer cancels due to Government restrictions that are either not removed as expected, extended, or reimposed, the customer will be contacted and offered a refund or credit note (to be used later), where such an offer is at the absolute discretion of the operator. The operator reserves the right to withhold some monies to cover administrative expenses and other losses, dependent on when notice of cancellation is given by the customer. KEY RETURN AND TRACK USAGE POLICY • Guests are required to return their 4x4 Safari gate key prior to departure. Failure to do so will incur a fee of $50. • All visitors must comply with posted road signs throughout the property for safety and operational reasons. • Cheela Plains Station is an active cattle station, and certain tracks are reserved for staff use only. These tracks are not accessible to guests. Guests must restrict their driving to the designated tracks as indicated on the provided propert
