Location: Situated on the Cowes bay side beach, ideal for swimming, foraging, wind surfing, sail boarding, boating or shore based fishing. You can walk the 1km into the town centre either along the beach or take the footpath. Boat ramp is close by. Property Description: Family friendly holiday park with safe swimming beach right on the doorstep. The park is situated on 10 acres of beautifully maintained parkland with tall shady trees.There is a well equipped camp kitchen, recreation hall (with open fire), playground, excellent amenities, baby's bathroom, disabled access facility and laundry. Once you cross the bridge onto Phillip Island and follow for 16 km to Cowes township. Turn left at the 3rd roundabout into Church Street, follow for 1km and Cowes Caravan Park is on the right hand side.
