• Cancel more than 14 days prior to the arrival date nil fees apply. • Bookings cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival will be charged one night’s accommodation (or 25% of the total accommodation whichever is greater). • Bookings cancelled day of arrival will be treated as a no show with 100% cancellation fees.
