General Credit Card guarantee at time of booking. Guest contact details required including e-mail and mobile. Guest to contact reception 24h before arrival for afterhours check in process. Cancellations/Amendments & Refunds 72 hours Cancellation Policy (Off Peak Policy): Cancellations/Amendments made up to 72 hours prior to arrival will be refunded with no fees. Cancellations/Amendments made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged 100% of the total stay.
