Cancellation Policy
Security Deposit: Your total booking is paid through the Canberra & Region Visitors Centre however you must provide a credit card authorisation upon check in; where a credit card is not available a cash deposit will be required. Cancellations must be made with the Canberra and Region Visitors Centre between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and between 9.00am and 4.00pm on Saturday and Sunday. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to hotel check in time. Management can review cancellation policy at its discretion
