If there is damage, but you do not know the exact cost for the repair, then simply click on the ‘There is damage, but I don’t know the costs’ button. This will let us know that we still have to hold the security bond until you know more about the cost of damage. You can either indicate that there is damage via the email we send out after the vehicle has been returned or by logging in, navigating to your reservations, selecting a reservation and then declaring surcharges for this reservation.

Tip: Check your vehicle thoroughly together with your renter. Check if there is damage or any other additional surcharges, note it on the transfer form and discuss it with the renter. Don’t forget to sign the transfer form. Otherwise, we may not be able to deduct anything from the security bond.

 

Please note: Make sure to indicate any additional charges within 24 hours after the renter has returned the vehicle.
