When a potential traveller is interested in hiring your vehicle and requests a non-binding reservation request, we will send you an email and/or text message. This notification includes information about who requested a reservation, when they want to pick-up/drop-off the vehicle and where they want to travel to.

Once you have received a reservation request you’ll have 24 hours to react to the request (accept, decline or simply send an email with some follow up questions). If you do not react within the first 24 hours our system will automatically reject the reservation request.
