Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, our owners are able to choose from three different cancellation policies (Flexible, Medium and Strict). If a traveller would have to cancel the paid reservation, the cancellation policy would apply and a cancellation fee would be charged. What happens if I have to cancel the reservation?

After you have made the payment your reservation is complete. If you have to cancel your reservation a cancellation fee may incur (depending on the cancellation policy).
