The income you can earn is calculated on the basis of the base price you’ve set in your Camptoo listing. Any discounts (e.g. early bird, long-term or last-minute) as well as the Camptoo commission are already deducted. This means we show the earnings that will be transferred to your bank account.

The reservation is complete once the renter has made a payment. A payment can be made after the owner accepted a reservation request. As long as the reservation hasn’t been paid, travellers can still request reservations for the same period of time.

We will notify you by email once the traveller has paid the retal fee in full or partially. After payment has been made the booking is complete and binding to both parties. If a party decides to cancel a paid booking the cancellation policy applies and a cancellation fee will be charged.
We will transfer the funds to your account on the day the traveller picks-up your vehicle. It can take between 2 and 5 business days until the funds hit your account.
