Generally good experience though the whole drivers licence validation was very painful. Also not being able to pay the deposit till just before was a little inconvenient as I was already travelling. Would be happy to use Camptoo again in the future.

I was u able to upload ID as requested through a mobile app, laptop or desktop. However this was easily fixes with a phone call and the office uploaded manually.

Camplify offer an easier way for communication with owner. Camptoo give an email to say I have responsed, owner has send an email, one from campertoo support for any other correspondence and to try and find the email so I could find my last messages was in a a mass of emails from you. Apart from that, all was easy.

This is our second trip with Camptoo and have had no problems wioth either trip. Had some issues with Covid and had to cancel and rebook - but Camptoo helped with that as well.
