Communication with Camptoo was timely and clear. Camptoo has offered us a credit for the days we did not use because of the coronavirus, but we have not received a confirmation of this yet.

Gary's licence suspension created some confusion which we understand is not the norm, including emails in Dutch. Amal also thought that we had not paid the bond and was not prepared to release the camper.
