What happens if I do not respond to a reservation request or message ?
We would like to help our travellers to find the perfect vehicle for their trip. That's why it's important that all of our Camptoo hosts respond to reservation requests and messages in a timely manner. You can also improve your ranking on the website by responding to messages and reservation requests. If you do not respond within 24 hours after you've received the request, Camptoo will automatically cancel the request and your listing will not rank as high as it could for the next couple of days. If you do not respond to a message or a reservation request twice in a row, we will pause your listing on Camptoo. We will let you know and un-pause your product if you are still interested in receiving further reservation requests.
