This was a short notice rental as we had been let down by a bigger company on a rental we had booked. Contacted Darren through CAMPTOO and within minutes we had a response. Once all was confirmed and the finer details were ironed out it was seamless. We were able to pickup the motorhome the following day. Very flexible with pickup timings and drop off. Brilliant service and friendly owner. Couldn’t do enough to help us get on the road. Unusual to rent in the winter months, but Darren provided us with the necessary information and explained how the motorhome operated in a safe and efficient manner. As expected the motorhome ran out of gas but this was expected and was actually reimbursed by Darren on returning the motorhome. The motorhome was a delight and provided the much needed extra room we had hoped for. Very room and great to have 6 seats for the bigger family. I would highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent again when the need arises.
Darren motorhome was superb nice to drive and modern. And if you have questions Darren response quickly and friendly. We have a great experience with my friend and the kids and we plan to rent again. Really recommended
We truly had a great time away in the Northrise Explorer. Really smart, clean and modern interior and surprisingly easy to drive. Definitely recommend to a couple or young family, we went with our 6 year old and 8 month old and had such fun! Darren has been really helpful from our first query (and there were a few!) so if it’s your first time like it was ours then don’t be afraid to ask anything. I can’t fault his service or the campervan!
