The VW Camper is the iconic, world recognized go to compact camper van, known the world over for it’s ability to allow the exploration of the great outdoors, in style comfort and reliability.
Our camper van has been designed with space in mind. Unlike many other VW vans the rock n roll bed in our van is the full width of the van offering a king size bed rather than a 3/4 bed which is more commonly found. Offering space and comfort for 2 good sized adults.

Craig was really communicative and responded quickly when we asked questions or pointed out small issues.
I would happily recommend you rent this vehicle.
Van drives extremely well.
We did not use the television but it is an interesting luxury extra.
Fridge was efficient running purely off the solar panels for the first couple of days of the hire (we did not hook up at all to electricity).
Fortunately we carried all our own kitchen and cooking equipment so we were not too badly impacted when the gas in the van ran out after boiling the kettle just twice. The van is equipped with a small kettle, 2 bowls and 2 plates and a few spoons and forks and a butter knife but no cups, bowls, saucepans or anything else one would need for self catering ( or even making a cup of tea) when camping. Camp chairs were broken but no doubt they will have been replaced by the time the van is hired again.
We expected to return the van in a reasonable state but were surprised to be made aware the night before return that we were expected to clean the outside and inside or incur an additional £30 for cleaning if we did not. Advice to future hirers - be aware to build in time to wash the van or take it to be cleaned before delivery is due at 11am if you want to avoid incurring additional cost of £30 on top of the £100+ per night already paid for a campervan with virtually no camping equipment and not enough gas for even a day.
