Description
A beauty to drive, this camper has a larger engine meaning it's not under powered and allows a smooth easy cruise using the 6 gear box.
Set up with a centre-placed bathroom (shower, toilet, basin, hot&cold water) which allows the rear double bed to be isolated from the two front doubles, providing privacy for two groups.
Wild camping is simple, with on-board high capacity glass plate leisure battery and top-up from two roof-mounted solar panels.
Heating, hot water, hob and fridge can all work off on-board gas, or if plugged in at a site off 220/240 V mains.
Large 'U' shaped lounge at the rear gives great all round views. Wall-mounted TV/DVD player and plenty of over- and under-seat storage. On-board Auto Sat Dish finds reception as far down as Southern France.
Great choice for families or just couples who want space and flexibility.

Please treat the camper as if it was your own.
If you break or lose anything please replace if you can.
You pick up with water and fuel tanks full, battery fully charged, waste tank empty, two full bottles of gas ( please replace if used)
A small cleaning charge is applied to each rental, however, a surcharge may be applied for extra cleaning if required.
Single pets will be considered on a case by case basis.

The security bond for this vehicle is $1,500. The bond will be refunded after your trip ended and needs to be authorized at least 2 days before your trip starts.

We have had a great time! The van was clean and really well equipped (kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, cleaning products, hand sanitizer, rubber gloves, even a mini Dyson!) with everything you need for your trip. Literally the only extras you need to bring are your bedding and food.
As we are a large family the air rib awning proved to be really useful, doubling our space. My husband and I slept out here most nights just for some extra space but the 5 of us were perfectly comfortable in the van. The awning was quick and easy to put up/down too.
We took our own camping stove with us which was handy for cooking a breakfast fry up al fresco. The hob in the van is great but cooking smells tended to linger so preferred this option.
Jo and Dave were so accommodating. There were a few hiccups with renters the previous week resulting in the driver side wing mirror having to be replaced in a very tight turn around time. Jo and Dave went above and beyond to replace the part (and over a weekend) so that we were able to proceed with our holiday as planned.
We would highly recommend ‘Shropshire Dave’, Jo and Dave. Thank you, we’ve had a great family holiday and hope to see you again for future adventures!
