The all new Mileo 282 - 2018 model has crisp contemporary styling. The flexible 4 berth layout has two spacious living areas to suit both couples and families with two height adjustable electric drop down beds that can be stowed away in seconds. The modern rear 'L' shaped lounge is luxurious and spacious with excellent storage and convenient access to kitchen, bathroom and habitation areas. The front dining area doubles up as an extra living zone, with wrap around lounge. The bathroom is spacious and features a toilet, sink and power shower. Ample garage space is accessible via two rear external hatch doors.
Safety and comfort are are paramount and our motorhomes are specified each with: Dual airbags, cruise control, ABS braking, automatic lights and wipers, cab air-conditioning, a touch screen media centre with high level DAB radio, Sat Nav, MP3 Player, USB and Bluetooth connections and an integrated rear view observation camera. The vehicles are NCC Approved and achieve Grade III insulation for year round touring comfort.

Depending on where you plan to go with your motorhome booking, you might need to organise your routes, book a ferry, Channel Tunnel or a pitch on a campsite. vehicles are all registered with the Dartford Toll and you will be offered two complimentary crossings as part of your rental. SMRL also has a Caravan and Motorhome Club membership for reduce price stays at many sites across the UK and Europe. Whatever your adventure, ensure that you plan well to make the most of your trip.
If you plan to go "off grid" This is travelling and camping without electric hook up. Please ensure that you advise us of this prior to departure, as special considerations will need to be made. We advise that customers embarking on their first motorhome experience stay on sites that have water, electric and black water disposal facilities.
On the day of departure a deposit payment of £1200 will be required before the vehicle can be handed over. £1000 of the deposit is a lease hire excess. A further £200 is held to cover DVLA driving contraventions and administration. Funds will not be taken only held (for the duration of the hire period + 7 days). Vehicle deposits will not be processed until 24 hours after a vehicle has been returned. This enables a full vehicle assessment to be made. Please bring two forms of I.D (Passport or driving licence) and a utility bill dated within 3 months of the first rental date. Please also obtain an access code from the DVLA so that a driving licence check can be carried out before departure (). The access code needs to be requested no more than 21 days before the departure date and presented to us on or before the date of vehicle collection. Please do not check the code yourself.
What to bring:
Vehicles are fully equipped with all the equipment you will need in the kitchen to rustle up fantastic meals on the go. Additional items like gas-powered BBQ’s can be ordered as an extra during your booking at checkout. Motorhomes are equipped according to the berth and will include a set of cutlery, dinner plates, side plates, bowls, cups, water glasses and wine glasses. The kitchen also contains a kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans. Tea towels, washing up liquid and lavatory chemicals will also be included as part of the booking.
We can supply towels and bedding during your booking if required. These will need to be selected at checkout. If you haven’t booked bedding, please ensure that you bring sufficient items for all your guests. All beds are equipped with mattress protectors, but will require bedding and bed sheets.
Our motorhomes are supplied with cleaning utensils to make your trip comfortable. We provide antibacterial wipes for cleaning the bathrooms, bleach should not be utilised anywhere in the motorhomes.
Collecting your vehicle:

Suffolk Motorhome Rentals offers free fully comprehensive insurance for each vehicle (Terms and conditions apply). European insurance is charged at an additional £10 per day. Insurance needs to have been selected at checkout. We can add this retrospectively if it was missed.
Dropping off your vehicle:
You will need to drop your motorhome off at our depot by 11:00 on the date of return (unless a late checkout has been arranged).
The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as when it was collected, this includes but is not limited to:
Cleaned inside and out, returned with a full tank of diesel, one full sealed gas cylinder, water filled and grey/black water emptied. Please note that a motorhome rental is not the same as a car rental, cleaning is chargeable. Diesel and Gas (when gas is available) can be purchased at the local Capel St Mary fuel station close to our depot. We suggest that you replenish gas on site where possible as the filling station does not always hold stock of 6kg propane bottles. Some of our vehicles have been converted from propane to LPG. Please note not all garages have LPG pumps. You will need to check locally for availability.
If required, valeting services are available close to our depot on the A12 at Capel St Mary Bypass Nurseries. The valet facility does not clean the inside of the vehicles, other than the cab. Vehicles returned at checkout that have not been cleaned cannot be signed off as checked. Vehicles cannot be assessed for damage whilst dirty. Vehicles that have not been cleaned will incur a charge of £60.00 for basic internal cleaning. Please allow sufficient time to prepare your vehicle prior to return.
Distances traveled in a motorhome over the duration of the booking that average more than 200 miles per day will incur an excess of £0.25 per mile.
All vehicles are fitted with a tracker and black box to meet the conditions of the lease hire insurance. Information gathered will include global positioning of the vehicle and also driving statistics.

The security bond for this vehicle is $2,000. The bond will be refunded after your trip ended and needs to be authorized at least 2 days before your trip starts.
