High End Mercedes 4 birth Campervan

RESERVATION PERIOD

- For April to September bookings, I will ONLY accept 3 night reservations if the booking is within the next 6 weeks.
&
- At all times, I will ONLY accept reservations at a MINIMUM of 3 nights. Feel free to pick up the van or drop off early if you only need the camper van for two nights, however you will need to book and pay for three nights.


Note:
1/ Times - Unless otherwise agreed - Hire starts at 2pm and ends at 11am - where possible I will accommodate early/late pick-up/drop-off - but it generally depends on the plans of the previous/next hirer for that day. Suggest agreement of these times before you book the camper & subsequently confirm Insurance cover times.

2/ Van comes with a full tank of petrol (to be full on return), gas for the kitchen, clean fresh water In the tank

3/ Pets - Sorry - No pets allowed. Any evidence of pets being in the van on return will result in the necessary cleaning costs being deducted from the deposit

4/ Festivals - Strictly no festivals unless absolute agreement in the first. Certain festivals are an absolute ‘No’. There is a tracker fitted to the van to monitor location.

5/ Age - Strictly no U25’s - sorry

6/ Beds - Upstairs has a Mercedes Mattress. The Downstairs Bed is the back seats electronically reclined. There is no mattress for this as it would take up too much space. Suggest renter brings another duvet to lie on top of the reclined seats or a small inflatable bed.

AWNING: I have a pole erect drive-away awning (it takes 8 mins). Hire is £10 per night (cash) and a £100 returnable deposit on return without damage - all payable on collection, separate to booking the van.
