Cancellation policy
At Camptoo the owners can choose from 2 different cancellation policy options, Flex and Secure. As a renter you will always see the cancellation policy applicable to the advertisement. It's fully transparent and both parties know what to expect if a cancellation occurs. If you have to cancel your booking unexpectedly, you can do so by clicking 'cancel booking' in your booking overview. The following applies to each cancellation policy options:
- Any pick up, drop off or cleaning fees will be refunded to the renter;
- Different policies apply if the motorhome or caravan do not meet the features and characteristics set out in the advertisement. In this case please check the rental conditions.
The booking fee will never be refunded. The cancellation fees are based on a percentage of the total rental price. The following table gives an overview of the cancellation fees:
